Worldwide/Online uses a rolling admissions process for all applicants. For more information on important dates, visit erau.edu/apply.

Transfer students must complete the application on our website and submit official transcripts from all previously attended postsecondary institutions. Depending on the amount of previously earned credit hours, an official high school transcript may be required.

Transfer applicants may submit an essay or resume to support their application further. To determine possible transfer credits into their program of choice, students are encouraged to use the transfer portal at erau.edu/becoming-student/university-wide-transfer-student-information.

The admissions process is the same as for domestic students, except SAT and/or ACT scores are highly recommended when applying and are required for scholarship consideration.

If English is not an applicant's primary language, one of the following approved English Language exams, including the TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, Cambridge or EIKEN, must be submitted with the minimum required score as indicated in our academic catalog.

Applicants must also submit:

  • Proof of funding for the first year of study.
  • A copy of their passport and current U.S. visa, if already issued.

All undergraduate and graduate applicants with educational experience outside the U.S. must provide an official course-by-course evaluation in English, including a cumulative grade-point average unless specifically exempted through a qualifying Embry-Riddle program. For more information on international student admissions requirements, please visit erau.edu/becoming-student/international-students/enroll.
