- Program coursework prepares students for Board of Certified Safety Professionals credentials, including eligibility for the Graduate Safety Practitioner designation, a streamlined step toward the Certified Safety Professional.
- The degree is approved by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM) as an Associate Safety and Health Manager (ASHM) Program. Graduates may apply for the ASHM credential upon completion of the program — an important milestone on the path to earning the accredited Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM) certification.
