- Design-Build-Fly (DBF) Lab - The DBF Lab is a space dedicated to the Coppertails DBF and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Eaglenautics competition teams. Both teams compete in aircraft design competitions, and the lab provides a workspace for them to design, build and test. The Light Manufacturing Shop (LMS) complements the DBF Lab by providing rapid fabrication support, while the DBF Lab houses the tools and equipment required for assembly and completion.
Worldwide & Online
- Aerial Robotics Virtual Lab - This lab allows students to build UAS, test flight capabilities and analyze results on their own computers.
- Uncrewed Pilot Trainer (ERUPT) - At ERUPT, students master fixed-wing or multirotor uncrewed aerial vehicles operation, building 3D models, analyzing underwater anomalies and planning and executing missions, all in an advanced simulated environment.
