Emergency Services
The Associate of Science in Emergency Management provides students with a comprehensive foundation in managing all types of hazards across the national preparedness cycle — from prevention and response to recovery — including Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).

Program Outcomes
- Apply emergency management principles to the national preparedness cycle with a focus on response, recovery and risk-based planning.
- Demonstrate leadership in multi-stakeholder disaster response, including use of the National Response Framework (NRF), Incident Command System (ICS) and Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).
